I don't write reviews often. I can't say enough about Mark and his attention to detail and follow through. I have used Bionic Egg for both my startup dental product company which Mark did the complete branding package, including name creation, logo, website design, and build my e commerce platform. Mark also helped me file and get trademarks for the names we created, at a fraction of the cost I have experienced in the past hiring legal firms. Working with The Alfam was a seamless and satisfying experience. Based on my past experiences, certain service providers can be pretentious and/or calculated, only offering a cookie cutter solution. Every time we brought this up, we were told that SEO 'takes time' and to 'trust the process.'
