My experience with Klientboost was a complete dumpster fire, so I would highly recommend you AVOID this unethical company. I engaged with Klientboost with the goal of improving the performance of my ecommerce brand. Onboarding was OK, with Elisha and her team when they gather information about my business. For the first 2 weeks they developed a strategy that they presented to me, with the goal of improving my business. The next 2 weeks was spent executing that strategy before I realized I had wasted my time and money. Klientboost's strategy was a complete failure and all of my KPIs were worse off compared to before I engaged with Klientboost. That includes ROAS, # of Purchases, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. Before my business was consistent, and as soon as Klientboost took over, everything just plummeted. I paid an additional $1500 for "creatives". What I received back was a quote or short text, overlayed on my existing photos. There was no creativity whatsoever. This was a complete waste. Klientboost's big selling pitch is during the first 30 days they will make changes to improve your business performance, and those 30 days will be the benchmark for their next goal of increasing results by 20%. What actually happened is that they lowered my performance during the first 30 days, so that they could return to what I had before in the following days, so it is clear how they achieved their stated "20% growth goal". Very unethical. I highly recommend you avoid Klientboost!

Our logo, especially, came from some genuinely wild descriptions on my part, and they somehow turned that into exactly what we didn't know we needed. And Kesley has been our go-to connection to the whole team, always communicating clearly and making sure everything stayed on track. Despite numerous attempts to address my concerns, Zoeks responses have been inadequate. I am requesting a full refund for all services paid and clarification regarding ongoing site management and ADA compliance. Services Purchased and Fees Total paid: $2,689 for Zoeks Core Managed Site Services Included fees: $540 ADA annual fee, $50 setup fee Unresolved Issues No progress reports provided No confirmation of XML sitemap submission Website content remains unindexed No evidence of site speed optimization Canonical link issues remain unresolved Promised backlinks have not been delivered Communication Problems Communication with Zoek has been disappointing. Updates have been infrequent, and marketing calls have disrupted the process. Emails sent on 09/03/2025, 09/13/2025, 10/04/2025, and 10/06/2025 have gone unanswered. Conclusion Due to Zoeks lack of communication and failure to meet contractual obligations, I have experienced inconvenience and financial loss. I urge Zoek to take prompt action to resolve these issues by issuing a full refund and providing clear answers regarding ongoing site management and ADA compliance.
