I've been working with Kali since October of 2024. I interviewed 4 marketing agencies before I chose Ambrose. I chose Ambrose because Kali was the only agency I met with who was willing to show me real data, and she didn't overpromise. She gave me a realistic pitch, and I could tell she understood me. Now that I've been working with her for 6 months, she's everything and more I wanted in a marketing/social partner. Kali and her team are easy to work with, honest, reliable, quick to respond, and most importantly I feel like they truly understand me and my brand. Since bringing them on my followers have grown about 30% & my overall reach is up 245%. My online store that Kali and her team helped me launch has had direct revenue from our social and email campaigns, and without them there is no way I would have been able to launch this store. In addition, when I was ready to start doing ads she brought on a 3rd party vendor she works with who is also clearly an expert in that space and while I was nervous to make an investment like that because ads are costly, I was grateful to have Kali be the go-between and work with one of her referrals because I trust her.If you're looking for a marketing team that will truly be invested in your company and your company's success, hire Ambrose.

Extremely judgemental, sad, employees. I recently moved to town and came in after work in my business attire. After getting a confused look from the associate up front, (not even a greeting). I started browsing, but everytime I looked up, I was being stared at which made me slightly uncomfortable. I moved towards the back and an associate there said hello, we had a short chat about comics and trading cards but they were rude to a younger customer that came in, it was unwarranted and I'm assuming either this is the employee's normal behavior or an elitist owner. I also couldn't help but wonder if the associate was under some sort of influence. After noticing the trading card prices are exponentially higher than I'm used to seeing in bigger cities, where that sort of pricing would make more sense; I took my leave not purchasing anything feeling underwhelmed. As I passed the associate up front, they still did nothing but continue to stare. Are they not used to the professional community? The store is tidy and organized but cluttered and the atmosphere/vibe is cold. Also not much of a variety for a hobby store. I would much rather take the trip to Milton Freewater to the hobby store there or even Gamestop would be a better choice. I do not see myself returning in the future.
