I worked with Synima to lay down 10 tracks at one of their studios. Upon completion of the actual recording, I then immediately met with the assigned team to discuss the additional audio enhancements I wanted them to include in the finished product. While I definitely had specific ideas and instructions for what enhancements I believed I wanted in the deliverables, I felt confident that the team I was working with fully understood my vision...AND that they themselves were extremely creative, and that they would definitely be able to add additional value to the vision I had. I have shared the work they did for me with many others, and they too have been as impressed with the work. Design Optimax did not make the website I requested. I even gave them access to my website to show them what I wanted PRIOR to me agreeing and paying for the package they said would meet my requirements. Now, they are saying this is not what we agreed to and that I said I wanted the basic package. We NEVER had a phone conversation prior to my paying for the package and none of our correspondences prior to my payment shows anywhere that I requested a basic package. He (Carlos) stated that the website I am currently using is "basic" and they would create something more professional (that I actually have in a text). Also stated that the feature I wanted could be integrated into the website (Also in a text). He sent me the paperwork, I paid for it. Now 5 weeks later, I am told I need to pay at least $750 to get the feature I told him I wanted in the beginning. Let me also point out that while they now state that they never knew I wanted those features, they have been working on getting me those features for the last 3 weeks. Only now am I being told that I stated (in an imaginary conversation) that I only wanted a basic page (a downgrade from what I am currently using). I stated that I would pay the extra fee WHEN they have produced a website to my specification that I am satisfied with. I told them I am uncomfortable paying anymore up front when they do not honor their money back guarantee. I have yet to receive a response in regard to this.I had also requested a refund if they could not guarantee a website that had the same aspects as the website I am currently using (per their money-back guarantee if the customer is dissatisfied)....But I'm not getting a refund. Apparently they only refund under very specific circumstances, which is not listed on their website. If you don't want to waste your money, I wouldn't suggest working with them. I also would suggest you check the BBB reviews for this company before proceeding with them. You will see more of the type

Yes they're suing (2 years later) me because I canceled in November 2021 and they want to get paid for 12/21.
