BCS Interactive was an extremely easy company to work with, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything they did for our non-profit organization. Our project required a written manual that was well over 100 printed pages to be put live online within a separate website that was connected through our main website. They worked well with our IT department to be sure everything ran smoothly for our constituents. They came up with ways to make the manual very user-friendly and gave us plenty of opportunities for input. The design was made entirely by BCS Interactive and we just loved how easily you could navigate through the throngs of information! They made sure to match everything so it replicated our main website design. They were very patient in teaching us the CMS portion of the manual so we could make changes as necessary. Any issues we ever had, or questions that came up, they were quick to respond and always pleasant!
