After some back and forth, they improve upon what we gave them. We dont have any quantitative data because we havent fully deployed the solution. The project management has been great as well. The person we dealt with was on top of everything. They kept up to date with timeline and budget concerns. We used some tools during the design process, but nothing was set.

We provided Nurency with our idea and vision of what we wanted to accomplish, who the users of our platform would be, what value we wanted to provide to each user, and what features we wanted to implement. After that, nurency held a series of workshops, where we put together a list of features, inputs, and outputs. Based on that, they were able to give us the flow and options for the UX, as well as what the screens would look like. Their team also engaged with our potential customers; they had interviews with them to validate our business plan, including the features and functions. They gave us feedback on the value that our customers were looking for as well. They were able to map everything out in the UI/UX using Figma.

Working with James and Luke was really positive. They worked with us in-person to understand our customers, what they wanted to achieve, the proposed layout and the components needed. It felt like they became part of the team so it was easy to communicate and get across ideas.
We launched the new site in late 2019 and continue to use it to this day because of the range of components they built in, giving me and the team confidence in it's flexibility to achieve our objectives.

We started a comprehensive website project with PENTA SOFTWARE approximately a year ago. However, instead of a standard site, we requested a unique and unconventional design. To this end, we held multiple meetings both at the Penta office and at our company headquarters.
We planned the process with Penta's consultants and Project Manager, Mr. Sergen, and began the project. Our goal was to highlight our products and company structure on the site. In this context, hundreds of products were integrated into the site, including GLB, HTML, 3D, and 360° images in various file formats.
The result was highly successful, both visually and technically. We are also pleased to have gained many new customers thanks to our website. We would like to thank Mr. Sergen, Mr. Azad for their support in providing quick solutions and taking action, and the entire Penta Software team for their support throughout this process.

I had the pleasure working with Scoot team for designing a brand new website for our business, as our old site was too outdated it needed a complete makeover. The whole process of working with Scoot was very smooth and their customer service is second to none. Lynsey and Scott took their time to understand my requirements at our initial meeting, and came up with a beautiful design just what I had envisioned! Nothing is too much a bother with Lynsey whenever I turned to her asking for help. Now our new website has launched, within only 2 weeks we have already received many compliments on how beautiful it looks and how user friendly it is. The functionality of the new website is 10 times better than the old one as well, we have received a lot more enquiries on a daily basis comparing to the old site - I can't be happier! I have no hesitation in recommending Scoot to any businesses who need a good website to help grow their business, you won't be disappointed!
