This company is not at all transparent in their operations. There isn't a phone number published on their website, and none of their employees have a phone number in their signature. As a customer, it constantly leaves me in a state of stress because they only operate by email and take ages to reply. They have very high turnover, they apparently do not treat their employees well, and the management of our project is not at all what was promised.

Do not recommend using this company at all. Their references seemed trustworthy, but the 20 month process with them has been abysmal at best. After engaging with Clavax to build a custom greenfield IOS app, we waited over 16 months AFTER our original due date for our "product" to be virtually unusable. Difficult to communicate with, over promise and under deliver on every aspect of project. We have had to spend more money with different companies to repair the broken code that they have put together and it continues to be a thorn in our side. They will bring excuse after excuse for why something does not work, their CEO will blame YOU, THE CLIENT, for the obstacles in project. We have tried to get a refund for breach of contract, inoperable product, corrupt files in repository, late deliveries, however, they refuse to acknowledge any of these issues.

My experience with the interview process was mixed. I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion. The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated. I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged. To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling. My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style. Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

My son and I recently started a new business creating a holistic experience for end of life care and additional supportive services such as housecleaning,respite and dog walking. Our business model is completely remote and while we had the manpower to write the code and set us up in our home office so that everything was at the tip of our fingers, we were woefully disappointed with the cyber support we received from the various vendors. A friend recommended Cyber Duo with the explanation that they provide comprehensive it support, security and data management all in one. So essentially my son and his friends are no longer the IT department. Now I have a real company that I can call day or night when I think my system has been compromised. I have someone to call when Gen X tendencies kick in and i magically crash the computer or have unintelligible code instead of the file I was trying to open all over my screen. CyberDuo managed to sync and simultaneously protect and the fancy technology that we are using in one short afternoon for what I consider to be a wholly reasonable price and considering the peace of mind they’ve given me it’s worth and I would pay much more. They are always available if we need them but once they had us up and running we just haven’t! Highly recommend Cyber Duo!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Despite being awarded in unpaid wages by the California Labor Commissioner, SPOC and its leadership have failed to take any responsibility or make good on the judgment. In an effort to resolve the matter amicably and avoid further legal complications, I offered a settlement for just nearly 75% less than what I was legally owed. I was genuinely hoping for a fair resolution and gave every opportunity for SPOC to make things right. Unfortunately, even this generous offer was ignored. Their refusal to own up to their obligations reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. Employees and contractors should be aware of how this company handles financial and legal responsibilities. If you're considering working with or for SPOC, I strongly encourage you to exercise caution and do your due diligence

Smith Consulting INC....I could and will change my star rating if you can make an improvement! Could you have some type of online information (via Google Maps, Your very own website etc) that would allow people to know who the owner, co-owner, management, etc are and some companies even give years worked with you, direct number or email to specific employees, how the owner came about owning and so on! I think the staff from the owner to the assembly people in the warehouse are all exceptional great down to earth people! It's always been very welcoming and accepted and I really like how the owner and management run this business!!! I was just noticing the lack of draw to this business, the missing information some like to read, future employees who'd want a better idea of who they will be dealing with and maybe how it all started to today and forgive me but a HUGE LACK of any attraction to your (what looks like online) ""boring, dull, lifeless" company! So why don't you change that because you are a wonderful caring family oriented down to earth courteous company plus so much more! I think you should make that know!

This company's terrible wifi system that they had us install at our hotel is complete garbage. They used our existing infrastructure and replaced all the access points. We continually have connection issues with our guests even though the heat map provided by these guys showed great coverage in those areas. Their 24/hr customer tech line is a joke. Guests have to leave a voice mail after hours. All of my issues have fallen on deaf ears and the final nail in the coffin was the loss of a $55,000 contract because the vetting agent experienced poor internet signal. I should sue these people. Stay away, stay away, stay away.

it took almost 2 months to replace a fan in my computer. was forced to buy a replacement pc because of how long they took for a job that would make any other repair shop ashamed for taking longer than a week. these guys will probably give you the run around. i've had 3 different experiences with them, and they gave me the run around every time about replacing parts, not having them on hand, and having trouble with delivery. too convenient to happen 3 times in a row for me. on top of all of this, they never reached out to me for any updates on my repair. they would only SOMETIMES call back if i called to leave a message first. i would generally expect any communication for any delays in an order. i would recommend going to another shop if you're able to.

My Apple laptop, 11 years old, would not activate and has been in the dark for over a year 😪. Took it to BEST BUY to see if they could repair, but they could not. My neighbor recommended Nerd Crossing. Took my laptop for a consult and Eric took a good look at it. Laptop needed a new fan, battery and some major back-up. I picked up the laptop about a week later and has been running like new!!! As a web developer, I was looking for a new web host for my clients. The previous host I used was bought out by another company, and their hosting became unreliable and their customer support virtually non-existant. So I looked for a new host that obviously had good reviews, 24/7/365 customer support, ColdFusion support, and competitive pricing. I was fortunate to come across EPhost. Their hosting just works. I don't believe there has been a single bit of downtime, or any issue for that matter, since I moved my clients to EPhost. And their customer support is top-notch. They have extensive phone support hours and respond to emails very quickly.
