I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role. After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented. The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation. I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully. Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

Incompetent and dangerous, I found myself with 12 sites offline and I had to resolve the problem personally because they were not capable, they continued to open tickets without anyone to resolve them. 6 days of downstate is up to you! Absolute scam and fraud company. Stay away After being a customer for a couple years I tried adding a new hosting account & domain. It wouldn't work to connect. Support would say they'd need to check on it and get back to me then never would. I had to follow up day after day for over a week and eventually delete everything and start from scratch myself to resolve all the while they charged me Then the unauthorized charges started. $200 for overages while we hadn't received traffic yet, which they confirmed but then said they were charging me anyway. I canceled all services and started getting new services added. They applied 2FA and I couldn't access the account at all. I emailed reporting all of this as unauthorized & fraud ccing every publicly available email address forbidding charging my credit card and instructing them to shut down everything closing the account. I received no reply and we needed to follow up repeatedly to get a reply, which instead of doing as directed asked us to remove 2FA. Then proceeded to charge over $1200 of additional charges. A business partner described them as "the worst hosting & support service I've seen in 13 years of online marketing" Stay away from these trash scammers and don't expect any support.

Nexcess is the BEST company I have ever worked with. Their customer support is far and away the best I have received from any company, across any industry. They literally respond to any ticket I submit within minutes, even if I submit it at 3 am! I needed a rush server built and they told me it can take 48 hours. I explained it was a rush, and they built in in literally 3 hours for me. Not only that but thw two reps who helped me with it, followed up numerous times throughout the day to make sure I was informed of the status. That is just ONE of the situations that they went above and beyond. Every time I submit a ticket they not only offer a solution, but often times they just do it themselves. Rather than say, here's what you need to do, they just do it! They are just too darn good. I am so so happy to have found them. I moved from AWS, and not only am I saving a lot of money, I am getting impeccable customer support, as well as an amazing team that I know has my back. You are getting truly managed services at Nexcess for rock rock rock bottom prices. I cannot believe it.

My interview experience very worst with this company. I faced the same what reviewer post in their previous reviews. HR round is good. She is very humble and very good. But technical round taken by interviewer, I am not sure he really has technical knowledge or not. Though I given all the correct answers he rejected me without giving any genuine reason for rejection. He asked many basic questions of course on my 9 years of experience I know the answers but at last he asked my Expected CTC which is not generally asked in technical round. As per my knowledge they don't have budget or they already decided to not to select because in interview round asked hardly asked 5-6 questions and based on that given their judgment though given answers correct.
