We had an amazing experience working with Jerry especially on such short notice. We didn’t know if we wanted to have videography until about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. Jerry swooped in and did an amazing job. Instant film was completed and sent over the night of the wedding. Ceremony film was done within the week. Amazing turnaround speed and fantastic quality. I don’t know how he does it!

Run FAST! This company has misrepresented their capabilities and services rendered. They boasted about having the “best media buyer in town” who we then found out resigned before we even started. They spoke about having a “photography studio” when they actually don’t. Their staff took pictures/video with iPhone. I just don’t see the creative expertise of their graphic artists and marketing “experts” as all design work was mediocre at best. Not to mention we were charged over $9,000 for an SEO audit and when we looked into the company that actually did the audit (because we’ve noticed there wasn’t much change which required us to put MORE money into the SEO), the company stated they only received $1,500 for the audit. Where did the other $7,500 go? Fees? Or embezzlement? Not sure but stay away.

We highly recommend Key Video Productions! My husband and I worked with Michael and Ben for our wedding and they were beyond outstanding to work with. For the pre-wedding planning, they took the time to understand our vision, gave helpful recommendations and made sure we knew what to expect day of. We live many miles away out of town, so being able to work with a vendor virtually through the planning process isn't always easy, but Key Video Productions made everything stress- free and were very responsive.The day of the wedding went by so fast, but all we can say is WOW! When we watched our wedding video, we felt like we experienced the entire day all over. We laughed, we cried. They provided us with a beautiful short trailer to summarize the day, a ceremony video and a reception video. Having 2 cameras rolling was a huge benefit. They captured everything from guest reactions, they had guests give us well wishes and all the fun memories in between. My guests also commented on how much fun they had with them (even those that are extremely camera/video shy). My recommendation based on my experience with them is to avoid them at all costs. This was hands down the worst service and company I have ever had the displeasure of working with in my life. Multiple mistakes, extreme negligence, poor communication, gaslighting, denial, deflection, *undisclosed iPhone photos being presented as part of the shoot*, and *loss of $600+ worth of product which they never refunded me for.* The price point makes no sense for the level of professionalism and quality they provide. Don't let them gaslight you into thinking otherwise.

They are the worse studio and people to work with. Katherine and Jose are unprofessional, scammers, do not follow their own contracts and thieves. They also do not follow their own deadlines. After stealing my money, they kept all of my samples from the so call “product”photo shoot. If you want nothing but filters on your photos and not clear sharp photos, then they are perfect for your project.
