      NEXA recently changed their platform blocking clients from entering specific times outside of a set schedule. Clients must submit an email of changes, wait for a response, send a reminder email and then find out at 3am that changes were not made correctly. I have now been awake since 3 am (unable to go back to sleep and no opportunity to nap during the day) because NEXA ceased client control of our own schedules and someone failed to do their job properly.when I requested a variation from their blocked times. Prior to this platform change, I would have recommended NEXA. Now, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The leads they presented were completely fabricatednone of the individuals or businesses had requested information about my company. In fact, we obtained sworn affidavits from many of these so-called "leads" affirming they had never heard of us or requested any information.This is a blatant scam, and we're now in the process of pursuing legal action against Cience to recover our full payment. If you are considering working with them for lead generation, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Their practices are fraudulent, and you risk losing a significant amount of money without getting anything of value in return. We were misled, and now we're facing the consequences of trusting this company. Dont make the same mistake.

      We cancelled our services and gave the 1 month notice and they're still debiting our Account via ACH every month for a total of 2 months so far. Their Accounting Department keeps saying they'll redeposit the 2 months they fraudulently took from us and here we're in September 3 months after we cancelled and still haven't received the credits. I'm sure glad we switched to a much more inexpensive service. Please stay away!!
