We had an amazing experience working with Jerry especially on such short notice. We didn’t know if we wanted to have videography until about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. Jerry swooped in and did an amazing job. Instant film was completed and sent over the night of the wedding. Ceremony film was done within the week. Amazing turnaround speed and fantastic quality. I don’t know how he does it!

MuteSix's website claims a "ROI-first approach" which certainly was not the experience I received. Prior to working with them I was achieving just over a 2x Return on ad spend (ROAS) and was looking to scale things up, which is why I came to them. During the period that MuteSix managed my ad account performance plummeted to 0.6 ROAS and they were spending vast amounts of money on consistently unprofitable campaigns, as well as overlooking key ad issues and overspending on the ad budget we agreed. I gave them multiple opportunities to turn this around and given my previous track record and the unique nature of the products I sell, it's incredible they couldn't even achieve break even. This shows a complete lack of skill and performance marketing knowledge within the team. Since taking back control I've increased the ROAS to 2.56 in just over a month and am now scaling the ad spend. Considering the claims on their website and the agency fees they charge this has been a terrible experience that would have put my company out of business if they continued down that road. If MuteSix is the 'leading agency in performance marketing' they claim and only achieves those results I must be some kind of wizard at performance marketing. UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: they stated they'd contact me to 'ensure the issue is resolved', but in fact their Senior Director of Client Success contacted me and wanted a phone call for their benefit, to gather feedback to improve their processes moving forward, not to resolve the issue at hand. Once I responded I never heard from them again. Bit of a joke

This is a terrible company and certainly does not care about it's customers or helping brands. I called to speak with a representative of the company and without even talking with me about my needs, they reply by saying "we are not interested in working with you" and then hung up. It was very unprofessional and just shows how much they value the people that are paying their bills. I would not ever recommend reaching out to this company or consider using them in any capacity. - in response to your company’s reply: since I cannot reply to your response. I will add to my original review. The fact that you want to try and play it off as if I called the wrong number is almost as comical as you guys having someone go leave a fake positive review after I left a negative review about your company. You’ve never received a single review on your company for the entirety of you being in business and then somehow one hour after I left a negative review you magically have someone leave a positive review try and refute what I said. I will attach a photo of my outgoing call to the number on your website showing I did indeed call and talk to one of your representatives who is out collecting any data on what we were hoping to hire you for, tell me they are not interested in working with our company.

The ladies that work at The Digital Dept. are angry, rude, and discriminatory. They used to be called 'Be Social'. They know nothing about the current influencer economy and the bosses seem to always give off an angry bitter energy. I’ve witnessed them talking badly about their clients behind their back. If you critique the company at all, they will blacklist you from industry events in LA. They operate like an MLM here. I don't recommened going into business with this agency at all.

Be Social helped me with my influencer program for my client’s beauty brand. They put together 100 gift boxes on a distribution to YouTubers, Instagrammers and bloggers for a new product launch we had in Sephora. Most of the glowing reviews here don’t seem to be from real clients. My experience was the opposite. This company is grossly incompetent. They charged high fees but delivered sub-par work, riddled with delays and headaches that continued even after the contract ended. They were hired to design a web app, but the end product was so poor that I had to bring in engineers to fix the mess they left behind. There were issues at every stage of the project, from design to deployment. What stings the most is that I was the one who recommended them to my team because a friend knew the owner. I deeply regret that recommendation. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is that the team, Lanre especially, were at least cooperative — but cooperation is pointless (and frankly annoying) when the work is fundamentally flawed. My advice: stick to using them only for basic website creation, and hire a skilled freelancer for more advanced projects. My advice to Chisom: It’s unfortunate that our experience turned out so poorly, because your company is a great concept with a lot of potential. Protect the brand you’ve worked so hard to build — the sweat and tears show — by investing in skilled engineers and raising delivery standards. Otherwise, you risk frustrated clients, avoidable disputes, and damage to the reputation you’ve worked to establish.

Had a really nice evening with some favorite music played. In a different way than I had experienced before, but it was a unique experience overall and one I would certainly consider again in the future. The skill level of the quartet was top notch and together they really produced a rich and magical performance, enhanced by the candlelight that illuminated the stage. It only lasted an hour, but that was enough to fit a lot of crowd-pleasing songs from both ABBA and Queen.
