The design was what I was most uncertain about going in. Our products are handmade and the brand has a particular feel to it, warm and earthy, soft creams and deep browns. What came back matched that completely. The product cards show each candle or soap on its own textured stage in those same tones, and those cards are the detail customers mention when they visit the site. The Fraunces serif for headings gives it a quiet editorial feel which was exactly what I had described wanting. The admin panel is what I use every single day now. Adding products, uploading photos, managing orders and coupons, writing blog posts, editing the homepage and navigation, all without needing anyone else. The dashboard shows revenue, profit and margin, and pulls in WhatsApp sales too so I can see everything in one place. I did not expect that level of control from day one. Before launch, the team caught a bug where two customers placing orders at the same time could have bought the same product. They fixed it without being asked. I only found out when reading through the documentation they had written. They also removed placeholder testimonials from the design rather than leave fake ones in. Both things I noticed after the fact. Google Search Console was already showing impressions and clicks within the first month. Communication throughout was clear. Revisions were handled without fuss and the team did not move forward on anything until I had confirmed I was happy with the direction.
