My experience with Hypersense came through their Techboost program for startups. I needed help to design a very complex UI/UX for a website dedicated to planning farm operations with agricultural robotics and other advanced networked devices. The UI prototype was styled as well, and the team provided terrific advice on how to upgrade the existing styles for my applications to give them better web appeal and usability. I came away from the work with a better sense of what I am building, how to build it, and how the application will be used. The company has a salesman who overpromised, but once the project started, he was never found to address the underdeliver. Since the first brief, I made clear our products two main selling points. Two years after, I have had to learn some code to look under the hood and discover a half-baked and improvised "solution". Now, I ended up with an incomplete product that fails to deliver the two main functions I requested (and was promised). On top of that, there is a lack of order in terms of naming, cleanliness, and hierarchy. I cant recommend them.
