Troy Web took over the maintenance and service contract for our in depth healthcare career information and job posting website. Their ability to seamlessly take ownership, clean up and bring our site into a stable wordpress environment was done not only quickly, but also flawlessly. During our time with Troy Web, a number of updates and additional features were required to be built. They were not only able to build these aspects, but also to correct past build issues in the process making the site more reliable on a daily basis. We were having some problems with our intranet that was custom built using WordPress/PHP. After some updates to the intranet, a lot of the pages and links were broken and could not get it back to a working site.I went online and did a search for a local WordPress company and found Westside Virtual. I got in contact with Pamela Dean and we had a conversation about my intranet site and how it was developed, etc. I had them do an audit of the site and she responded back with issues and errors that she discovered on the site. The audit was for 4 hours but Pamela took ownership of her work and definitely spent more than 4 hours on the site to provide an extensive audit report. We went over the report and in the end, it was easier to just have Westside Virtual create a brand new intranet site with the features and functions that we required.We had a kick off meeting to go over some of the other changes we wanted to have done compared to the original intranet site. After a couple of months, the new site was ready for review and then a few days later, we went live. Pamela & Westside Virtual were able to make the necessary changes from development to production on our hosting provider's portal. She also made sure that the WordPress backups were running properly since that was one of the other issues that we had.Overall it was a GREAT experience in working with Pamela and Westside Virtual in diagnosing and creating a new intranet site.

useless service. they asked for 350 per month SEO service fee, after 3 months i found i only got less than 5 leads per month. and then the sales Mark told me you pay 350 that's what you could get.... If you need more leads then you need pay 1250 or 1500 or 2000 or more. So yes that's my SEO result. They ask for small money but you would get nothing but wasting your time and money. He came back, kept calling me and trying to ask me pay more for better result... It's completely ridiculous.
