JPMorgan Chase & Co. is one of the oldest largest and well-known financial institutions on earth. It is the name of the holding company and the firm that serves customers and clients under Chase and J.P Morgan brands. The company is number four on the Forbes list and is worth $306.6 Billion.
The logo that took light with the merger in 2008 is traditionalist. The font is a custom sans serif. The lettering is thinner and a more modern version of the previous logo.
Merging two companies is challenging. This logo adopts the branding strategy known as “Fusion” where organizations use branding elements from both companies by combining two names or taking the name of one company and the logo of the merging company.
A thin font gives off a feeling of excellence and elegance. This is the type of brand logo that would be at home etched on the expensive glass doors of major financial institutions.
