Extremely disappointing experience as a former employee.While the owner responded to my original review with personal deflection, let me clarify the actual situation for anyone reading this. When I joined, the company had 20+ employees; by the time I left, only 2–4 remained. That kind of attrition doesn't happen without serious issues at the top.The core problem lies in poor leadership, lack of clear vision, and obsessive micromanagement. Rather than focusing on company growth, the management spent more time controlling and criticizing employees than empowering them. Innovation and autonomy were discouraged, and decisions were driven by ego, not strategy.I led my team with integrity and professionalism, but it’s impossible to thrive in an environment where leadership neither listens nor evolves. The owner's comment about “direct report feedback” is ironic, given how quickly most of them left.If you're considering working here, take the turnover rate seriously—it reflects deeper, systemic problems.

Need a new website? The team at Morey Publishing is your answer. Our website was in dire need of an overhaul, so we hired tech consultants from California to guide us through the process. Two years later, we had nothing to show for it. This is a scam. No job will require you to use your own money to fund anything, let alone use Bitcoin to pay for anything or get paid through bitcoin. They bait you in by allowing you to make some money then once you have been baited in you will be required to pay for tasks that your money will eventually get caught up in and once you see the number get larger that's how they get you. And if you have the money to go ahead and pay after you do the money, can't be traced or recovered, so be aware! They kept saying you can borrow the money from a friend or family member and then withdraw your money! What job asks you to do that if it's a job.
