Agency Partner built us a pretty website... but it was slow and not technically optimized for SEO. The backend was very buggy, with many "useless" sections in the WordPress dashboard. I am a WordPress developer, but I am also the company's marketing director so we chose to have the site developed by an outside company. I spent approximately 20 hours working on the backend removing useless "features" and optimizing the site to pass the Core Web Vitals. It should've been a huge red flag when the company wouldn't show us the backend before launch. Additionally, when they launched the site they "no-indexed" the entire website! Recently, I sent a ticket to support to fix 404 pages. After getting no response for several days, I went into the site and fixed the error myself. They had the audacity to send me a "we fixed the error" email 24 hours after we fixed the issues ourselves! If you are looking for a well-built site, look elsewhere. This company is only good for pretty site that loads slow and is bogged down with junk. The company reached out and heard my complaints. There's not a lot they can do to make this right (since most of the work they left undone was finished by me), but at least they listened. They extended our site warranty to help fix any outstanding issues. I'm adjusting my rating to three-stars.

Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff.And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

He borrowed a significant amount of money from me, a repayment was promised within a few days but despite multiple follow ups and repeated commitments it still has not been fulfilled.I made every effort to resolve this issue privately and respectfully over the past month but received no proactive communication, only vague and shifting excused. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on the professionalism I would expect from a consulting firm.If you're considering working for this company, I strongly suggest caution - especially in any dealings involving the owner Sharon.
