It’s so upsetting to me that Madwell is THAT bad. I reached out to them about 3 weeks ago inquiring about becoming a new client and they had told me “sure no problem, someone will reach out to you” I’ve emailed, called, AND gone to their office in person trying to meet with someone. Blown off for so long until today when I called again furious asking if they usually have people waiting for 3 weeks to even have a preliminary phone call with someone. She put me on hold came back to the line and said “we no longer do work for restaurants anymore”. Wow so sad. I really hope for future customers you guys get better and step up your game. I have friends you have used them before who say they do work really well for them. Told them what happened and NOW they tell me that they have noticed the company as begun to go downhill. Great school and campus, diverse community and lots of opportunities. Pay no attention to the idiotic comments left here on Google complaining about dirt here and there and wear. I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the school auditorium. It was, quite frankly, disgusting. The floors were taped up, the walls were cracked, dusty and dirty. There was a dirty tissue left for who knows how long. Loud alarm kept turning on, and so much armed security. Felt more like a prison than a school.A facility meant to host students, parents, and guests should be held to a much higher standard. It reflects poorly on the school and detracts from the overall experience of any performance or assembly. I hope the administration takes this feedback seriously and invests in at a thorough cleaning and renovation. The students and staff deserve a clean, safe, and welcoming environment especially if you charge for renting this horrendous place to other schools.

I hired these people A year and a half ago. I had them for about nine months. I stated right upfront that I had high expectations after being with another company took my money and literally get nothing. After taking a ton of my money, they got bought out and never heard from them again. But that’s besides the point, In the beginning, I was hooked up with a guy named Dave was my account manager, he’s a super cool guy and we got along very well, I like Dave, but the people behind the scenes did absolutely nothing for my business. By return on investment was literally negative about $10,000 or more. In total, I think I got maybe two or three weeds over the course of that time. And thousands of dollars. I also have proof in paperwork if anyone is interested in seeing it. I would not recommend these people, they string you along and at the end of the day then you’re not get results for you. If you have a business, I recommend looking elsewhere for advertising.
