Even after he realized we weren't a good fit (he was the first to suggest it wasn't a good fit), he still spent another 10 min on the phone giving me suggestions and tips. Class act.       We have been very impressed with Westpark Communications from day one. Our previous answering service closed its doors with no notice and we found ourselves looking to get operations back up and running smoothly. Several calls to companies found us waiting for a return call, except for Westpark Communications! They called us back within a few hours and had a plan in play by day two and by day 5 we were up and running smoothly with no issues. We are very happy with their response to any questions that arise, any updates we need, and the staff is awesome. They are always sending email or phone calls to make sure we are satisfied and that they are meeting our needs. The voice messages are promptly delivered to our mail box for us to review at any time of the day. Love this option because it is like talking directly to the customer. The emergency calls are immediately dispatched to the technician on call. If the technician does not respond after two attempts, it immediately goes to Climate-Tech’s management for direct action so customers are not held up. When we have changes to the on-call schedule, I just make a phone call or send an email and their response is immediate. We even get a confirmation that it was completed. Complete confidence that our requests are being met. Price wise they are very reasonable and they were willing to work within our price range. Westpark Communications has so much more to offer and as our company grows we know that they will meet our needs. Thank you, Westpark Communications, we consider you part of our family!

We expanded the service to both of our locations and have been more than pleased at how well they handle our calls. The employees are professional and courteous, and any changes we need to make (such as to accommodate holidays, short days, etc.) are easy to communicate and have been handled. Our calls are fielded with the necessary details and dispatched promptly, and it allows us to better respond and address our customers’ needs in after-hours situations. Our initial goal was to generate enough new business to generate a 2x ROI, and we exceeded that so we increased our agreement to focus on targeting key prospects, and one week into the new focus we have seen excellent results! The most beneficial things about working with Bandalier is their flexibility to custom tailor a solution based on your industry while aligning it with their proven funnel management process. The level of service and communication across their entire organization is amazing. Bandalier also provides great tools for visibility in the process and interaction with prospects. They are open to collaborating and working alongside our internal team members. The SDR assigned to us has been absolutely amazing and has routinely gone above and beyond. In the spirit of constructive feedback, the one component about Bandalier that we could have improved was the feedback loop during the calibration process. In the first month, the SDR and my team were working calibrating the verbiage, objection responses, hand-offs to be as effective as possible, however, the process could have been better structured. I will also mention that you get what you put in, so the better data/information you provide and the more resources you allow Bandalier to deploy for you, the better the results will be.

      NEXA recently changed their platform blocking clients from entering specific times outside of a set schedule. Clients must submit an email of changes, wait for a response, send a reminder email and then find out at 3am that changes were not made correctly. I have now been awake since 3 am (unable to go back to sleep and no opportunity to nap during the day) because NEXA ceased client control of our own schedules and someone failed to do their job properly.when I requested a variation from their blocked times. Prior to this platform change, I would have recommended NEXA. Now, I recommend looking elsewhere.

      DONT SHOP HEREWORST SERVICE WE EVER HAD.THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...They nor picking up on calls, we had our phone company test system..The calls ring 7 times and goes to voicemail..We're basically retired we take certain project maybe 12 calls a month 5 weeks and they have not picked up 1 call as of yet..I should have not even hired them they blamed the phone company after that was disproven they blamed me.Like I was not doing my part to forward the calls.They then said we'll if you cannot help diagnose the problem we will cancel you...I can only say it clearly, the call comes in the call goes to you and gets sent back to our voicemail because you failed to pick up...I can only forward the call answering the call is up to you.These other review must be employees doing review for them..Most people with something bad will not bother writing one we take the time to be sure people know what we had to go thru and warn others.

      As a small law office, we used AnswerFirst for about a year. We opted not to have calls recorded as their system has an irritating "beep" that sounds in the background while customers are on the phone. We thought things were going well. Several months later we signed up for CallRail, which recorded all incoming calls. We began to see a pattern of poorly handled calls. When we shared this information with management, and offered to provide the recording, they said "no thanks." The probems continued. For instance one caller asked if we did simple Wills. The AnswerFirst agent said, "No, we only do Estate Planning." After sharing these simple issues with management nothing changed. We asked if they could give us an adjustment to our bill based on the poorly handled responses. They said "No." We notified them this week we were switching carriers and they acted like they could care less. DO NOT use them as they cannot handle the simplest of calls.
