Used them for years , horrible cust support. When I finnaly got rid of them at the end of 2024, i also had workers comp. They never stopped charging my co. for workers comp. I called again and found out they lied and have no record of that request. but the Payroll side was canceled. How is that even possible. called again. finally they stopped deducting for workers comp. I demanded a refund , they said ok. So what they did was do an audit for 2023, and 2034 for no reason. instead of just refunding me for 5 months of charges. They billed me for audits .2023 charges for an unnecessary audit where 1181.37 , for 2024 charges were 1670.20. are you kidding me. this has to be illegal. what in the heck is going on. 28581.57 for unnecessary audits. stay very far away form this Company !!!! This is why people hate insurance company's. Such underhanded practices. My Lord...

The customer service from this company is absolutely horrible and frustrating. Every time I request information, I receive inconsistent answers, and they often seem to misunderstand my inquiries. It takes countless emails just to get my point across. Additionally, they need to recognize that Florida has speakers of different languages, and not everyone expresses themselves in the way they expect. Furthermore, it's important for them to understand that executives often have assistants handling these matters, but they frequently choose to communicate directly with the heads of the company Just to clarify, I am sharing this review based on my personal experience, not representing my company’s perspective.

Working with Insperity has been very frustrating for me as others have said. As a service provider, I am bothered by the lack of communication, the very slow responses, only communicating over email. No one is available by phone. They have deducted money from my income, without warning or due process, for benefit changes. They have made no attempt to aid me in correcting a mistake on a misleading form and they have sent screen shots of legal documents instead of treating me like a human and simply listening to, and making an attempt to assist their customer.

This company is definitely not an Equal Opportunity Employer! If I was able to rate this company Zero Stars I definitely would. To start off, they had me interview for a remote position based in customer service without even having a proper start date. When ever I inquired about the start date, they would never give me a clear answer. After interviewing with them and being told verbally that they wanted to proceed with me, they never extended an official job offer with terms and conditions of the position I would be working. They wanted me to undergo there background screening process before accepting an actual offer. When I decided to proceed, my background check was put on hold because they didn’t have an official start date. Why interview applicants if you don’t have a start date?! It has been several days of me waiting for a response regarding my background and they just now emailed me a load of nonsense. I understand that there are discrepancies on my background because of bad decisions I made in the past when I was 18 years old but that does not mean that I can’t have the opportunity to make a living. I honestly feel that they should give me the opportunity to provide a personal statement and not just automatically disqualify me without giving me a proper chance. Insperity, you just lost a great future employee because of your disgusting hiring standards!

However, after they set up an interview with the hiring manager the very next day after speaking with them, I decided to give them a chance. While I did not require much, they promptly resolved any concerns I had. I never had issues with pay, timekeeping or anything that most people worry about. Mamita Maharjan, my amazing account manager, has skills I have not encountered in a long time.
