One of the most unprofessional consultancies I’ve dealt with. The HR, was completely irresponsible and careless throughout the process. She rarely responded, gave no clear updates, and kept delaying everything without explanation. My time was completely wasted waiting for her follow-ups that never happened. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how poorly they handle actual recruitment. Avoid ALP Consultancy if you want a serious and respectful hiring experience. One of the worst training institutes I have ever seen. My wife contacted them about their GenAI course around 6 months ago. The sales team quoted ₹60,000 and then tried to attract us with a "special discount" if we attended their webinar. It felt like a cheap sales tactic from the beginning.The webinar was a complete disappointment. Instead of teaching anything useful, most of the session was spent promoting their own tools and pushing people to buy the course. It looked more like a sales pitch than a training program.The biggest issue is the refund promise. During the webinar, the founder confidently said that refunds would be given without any questions asked. But when we requested a refund, there was no proper response and no support. Making promises during sales and then ignoring customers afterward is extremely disappointing.They are very active when they want your money, but once you ask for support or a refund, communication becomes difficult. The difference between what they promise and what they actually do is huge.I would strongly advise people not to believe the sales claims, webinar promises, or discount offers. Please do proper research before spending your hard-earned money here.

The company is good, but the individuals who think they are the reason behind the success of the company are actually bad for our careers.Almost all the department HODs, especially those who have been in the company for 15+ years, are damaging the growth. Also, the managers under them are even worse. Mr. Dhanasekar, the Head of Staffing, is the worst person you can meet in this company. He lacks listening skills, leadership qualities, and decision-making capabilities. He thinks that by not letting other people talk, problems will be solved, and he even uses foul language.If he is bad, his subordinates are even worse, especially Boopathi. Overall, the company has seen less growth due to these individuals.I am writing this review because I am one of the people who felt humiliated by this so-called supreme HOD and his manager.I would ask the management to give a little more focus to employee grievances. I would like to share my experience with Amazon Attestation, which unfortunately has been very disappointing. My interaction with the company was related to arranging an insurance policy for my father. At the beginning, the process seemed straightforward, and the service fee was collected promptly.However, after receiving the payment, the company repeatedly made excuses and failed to provide the promised service. Despite multiple follow-ups, the insurance policy was never issued.As a result, I formally requested a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any reimbursement to date, and my calls and messages have gone unanswered.Due to the lack of response and resolution, I have been left with no option but to raise a complaint with the consumer protection authorities.I hope the company will address this matter promptly and resolve the issue in a fair and professional manner.
