I know the marketing team would remove my feedback, but still I would like to share my experience. I worked in this company for almost 10+ years. The company is good, but the individuals who think they are the reason behind the success of the company are actually bad for our careers. Almost all the department HODs, especially those who have been in the company for 15+ years, are damaging the growth. Also, the managers under them are even worse. Mr. Dhanasekar, the Head of Staffing, is the worst person you can meet in this company. He lacks listening skills, leadership qualities, and decision-making capabilities. He thinks that by not letting other people talk, problems will be solved, and he even uses foul language. If he is bad, his subordinates are even worse, especially Boopathi. Overall, the company has seen less growth due to these individuals. I am writing this review because I am one of the people who felt humiliated by this so-called supreme HOD and his manager. I would ask the management to give a little more focus to employee grievances. Thanks.

They offer onsite training, virtual ,as well as hybrid training configurations.Facilitators are quite knowledgeable and the trainings very rich and satisfactory. However, I think they can do better by highlighting/ tiger- marking changes on walkway elevations and ensuring better service delivery by their contracted catering service providers. I was promised a modest financial gesture to offset the hardship of leaving my job based on their word — that, too, has yet to be fulfilled. I’ve lost income, stability, and viable opportunities during this process, and I would not want any other professional to go through the same. Some individual staff members (like Theo and Abhishek) were communicative and made an effort, but the agency as a whole was disorganized, opaque, and unreliable. I strongly encourage others to vet this agency thoroughly before making any career decisions based on their offers. Your time, livelihood, and trust are too valuable. UPDATE: Since posting my original review, I’ve learned that my situation was unusual, and Vbeyond did work with me to get things moving. Some staff members, like Theo and Abhishek, were communicative and supportive, and I was able to negotiate a few things outside my original contract. In the end, I completed the assignment successfully, and I appreciate that they stuck with me through the process.
