Based on the test results, the interface was simplified with clear iconography, and product detail pages (PDPs) were revamped by turning lengthy descriptions into concise bullet points. To enhance the site’s functionality, Swanky also included a ‘Tool Tip’ feature to guide new users on key aspects of the page before beginning their stationary design and enlarged the review portal for better visibility of proof before purchase. Results: Following the adjustments, the client registered a 30% increase in conversion rates year-over-year (YoY) and a 213% return on investment (ROI), leveraging the insights from the tests to refine the strategy.
