Roger is honestly superb. Polite, professional, patient and engaged. A rare find. To say he went the extra mile, before we even did business, is an understatement. Both he and Bond gave us their free time - before even asking us to commit to a purchase - so they could get to know more about us, and our project. We got inciteful advice without even having to pay for the first meeting. When you are considering be working with a company regularly, it's important you enjoy working with them/speaking with them. It felt more like speaking to a friend with Roger, than speaking about work when we met him. Which makes it not feel like work at all at times! In our case it didn't go very well, we paid almost €1,000 for web optimization work and we didn't really see any improvement even though they continually told us that the website improved in loading and performance, some tasks were done that we didn't really understand and They did not have an impact on results or they did not show us that this was the case. We spent more than a month sending reports, error data, answering everything they asked of us but nothing. Finally we had to expand the hosting services to obtain some improvement, after a few interventions kiwop no longer took care of anything else. To this day we do not know what was done, nor evidence that the website improved in any aspect, I am not saying that it was not done, but rather that we do not know what was done and how it had an impact on the website (to this day we continue to have serious problems web performance). Of course, they always answered and the treatment was friendly and professional.

In a year with only 20 hours of effort a month we went from getting an average position of 45 with 1,500 impressions and 8 clicks a day; to an average position of 30 with 10,000 impressions and 18 clicks a day. The implementation of a theme was previously botched by another company and Smile Media was able to come in and work on fixing those issues while still focusing on SEO boosting. Their technical skills are extremely good and they are transparent about their billing with hourly breakdowns. Definitely a good SEO company.
