Hired Nikalabs a few years back because my website was a mess and I hated it. It was confusing, cluttered, and just straight up ugly!Originally I found these guys on yelp and I wanted to give them some love on Google My Business too!I own a carpet cleaning business in Santa Clara and I needed to find a company I could trust and feel comfortable with to build a great website. I called and talked to Ali over the phone I know that this was the right company and boy I'm glad I chose Nika Labs. I told Ali over the phone these exact words, "I want to build a clean, simple, yet elegant website" I wanted something that will be easy on the eyes and intuitive for my customers. I also expressed that there were two important tools that I absolutely needed 1) an online calendar 2) an online estimator tool. Ali, with confidence said, "We can do it no problem and we will optimize the site for both desktop and mobile web browsing". Ali's confidence assured me Nika Labs was the company to hire! He also said that once they are done I would be able to edit most of the text myself because they use Wordpress to build the site. I was sold and hired them to build the site.Ali and Nika Labs not only delivered they over delivered. They built a website I absolutely love! They listened to my every concern. My website is clean, simple, and yet elegant just the way I imagined it to be. I 100% love my site and can't stop looking at it. We hit some bumps in the road but Ali and Nika labs worked through them all. We talked to numerous marketing firms across the US and most were either inept or wouldn’t talk to us because we’re a startup.When I initially contacted Ethic, I was so used to having a bad experience with other marketing firms, I bluntly said “we’re a startup that needs a lot of help with brand recognition, but we’re on a very limited budget. Can you help?”. The owner Jeff said “let’s talk”. We spent the next hour discussing our business operation and different marketing strategies. We then had a follow up call in which Jeff came prepared with a full presentation and spent the afternoon explaining each line item step by step of how to execute our short term marketing goals. He did all this on his own time for nothing in return. We do not have an agreement in place and there's no guarantee of future business when working with a startup.I can't thank Jeff and the Ethic team enough. They will be our “go to” for all our future marketing needs but it's not because of the free time they gave us, but rather their level of expertise. Our company launched service in January 2023 and currently has 400 app downloads. I will give a follow up review in one year to showcase the value of this experience. If you’re looking for a high level marketing company contact Ethic.

Heads up to anyone looking at this place: they deleted a your comments if they're negative. Seriously, think twice before joining.I'm not kidding, avoid this company if you care about your mental health. Make sure you really read between the lines before you sign anything with this company.Don't fall for the positive reviews. It had given by the employees from the managements. It's all fake.It's just a really disrespectful environment. They'll keep stringing you along during your probation, saying they can't make it official until the project wraps. Then, the second it's done, they slap you with a PIP and suddenly your performance "isn't meeting expectations."They also expect you to work weekends regularly and don't give any comp-off for it. Oh, and they're doing another round of layoffs—for the second time! You'll never get recognition for your hard work, and you'll constantly feel like your job is on the line.Honestly, just do not join here. It's not worth it. And to whoever tries to delete this... well, let's just say it's pretty low to try and hide the truth about how they treated us.
