If you got the same excuse of your developer going on medical leave in the middle of the project... you're not alone, mines went on maternity leave and I wasn't informed of the pause for about a month. Getting in touch with someone is extremely difficult and most of the communication is via messages. I believed that they would be a better alternative to what I had but have been nothing short of a nightmare for my company. We signed a 1 year contract but the website took 6 months to launch. The quality of services is unacceptable and I'm completely disappointed in falling for the overpromise under deliver. I honestly feel ripped off at this point, so proceed with caution!
