    The Miller group is a committed, savvy and creative partner who can look at a situation and break it down into a realistic strategy.We hired The Miller Group to help us get clearer on our strategy for our non profit's membership program. We had premium and free levels, and we needed help understanding what drove interest in joining and staying as a premium member. In summary, we needed to better understand what our target audience understood about and wanted from each of the membership levels. Renee and her team helped us do quantitative and qualitative research and to develop strategies to acquire new premium members. They successfully delivered hard data analyses and suggestions to help us implement different strategies including recommending a new positioning for us. The team helped us understand how to position free versus premium memberships and identify the key drivers for the different audience groups. The Miller Group understood our needs and excelled in their creative approach to devising solutions. Overall, they were accessible, collaborative, well-organized and a strategic partner.
