I was there at Perceptive Analytics for a while. During that time I had the opportunity to work with the CEO very closely. The man built the company from ground up all by himself. He once taught me some grammar in english, that's how much interest he took in me while I worked there. I happened to work with some of the most smartest and talented people from amazing institutions there. My advice if someone wants to work there is to be super smart or super hardworking.... Or at the very least learn to work with such kind to be like that. Thanks Chaitanya for everything. "

I have worked at Perceptive Analytics for approximately 10 months and my time at the company was awesome, to say the least.I have learnt a lot about sales and marketing which will be helpful for me going ahead. I have interacted with many clients and potential clients as well, and I got to learn a lot from these interactions.I also had a lot of freedom to experiment in my role, which was instrumental in enhancing my experience. The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics. "

I worked at this company for 5 years. I interned with the company and eventually I joined them after graduating from MBA class.From my experience of working with them, the major pillars for this company are - transparency, trust, and learning. Those are the core principles that drive every activity at this place.Transparency - Every employee (even potential employee) are well informed about the policies, procedures, and processes. There is always an intent to be transparent. In my 5 year tenure, I haven't come across anyone complaining about transparency.Trust - Every employee is trusted with client information. There are no inhibitions about sharing necessary information needed so that an employee can perform their job at their best.Learning - This is part of everyday life at Perceptive Analytics. Always there are consistent challenges so that there is an opportunity to learn and perform.Flexibility - A special mentionI would like to specially mention about the support I received from the company when I met with an accident and fractured my leg. I was operated and was on bed rest for about 5 months at my home town (about 450 KM from Hyderabad). I was allowed to work from home all that while. I have to acknowledge the sudden adjustments that had to be made at the work and comfortable space that was provided for me to recover. I'm very sure, even large companies wouldn't have shown such flexibility. To this day I'm thankful to the company's management for the support I received.The rich experience I gained at this company is helpful even at my current work place. I'm glad that I started by professional career with Perceptive Analytics. Hope we cross our paths again! :) "
